I will add a note to the right saying what the problem is in 1.2.7. But will be good to know what is wrong before I push this new update.

Note: Any card with a red header = problem with config
Now that you have pointed this out, there is a red card in Ram Disk

When rebooted, there is  24593 MB available, and allocating 21000 leaves plenty of room.  Not sure when, but RAM Disk will check at a later time and come up with the above error. I have loaded a lot of music into RAM Disk, and that free space number is likely what I have not used plus what is free in rest of memory.  Red card has been there for a long time and I have always ignored it!!  Cry   I think there is a bug here?

Also, after rebooting, can delete unwanted priorities, Save button works.

Not sure if it's a bug, or a brain fart. Rolleyes More like a brain fart I think Blush Blush . Think I checked total space, and when you have allocated a RAM disk, that total space of course is smaller, and hence the problem. Should not check for space if a RAM disk is already active. That will then disable the the red flag.

Yeah, this will be fixed in 1.2.7. OK

One more question. Are threads independent or queued in series?

Independent. Technically you can keep copying files to the RAM folder, as long as there's enough space left. i.e. you don't have to wait for the first copy to finish before starting the second batch.

But once the space is filled up, all copying should cease.

I think this version of Snakeoil does not work on ubuntu server 23.04. I go back to 22.4 again.

If you're using the RPi 3B you mentioned elsewhere, you must use Raspberry Pi OS, not Ubuntu.

If that's the case, I'll give you the steps you must use to get it working (at least they're the steps I've found to work on my RPi 4).

22.04 is a LTS, we can rest assure on security update from Ubuntu in coming 5 yrs.  That's why we work so much on that last year.
