I can't start myMPD player.
It tells me: rror Connection Error
Connection to myMPD failed. Trying to reconnect.
I don't know what it can be, I've changed everything and nothing ...
I do not know what is wrong, the only thing that I have changed is the OS of the pendrive to an SSD.

Hmm. I'm not entirely sure what the cause is. Can you generate a diagnostics file and send it t the specified email address? Hopefully I can find a clue in there.
I send the diag.

Looks good over here. Can you take a screenshot of the myMPD screen so I can see what you're seeing? Also, if the web client isn't working, you can try a MPD iOS app. that should also connect fine to your MPD instance.

Hmm. I wonder, can you switch MPD from mpd-dsd-rt to mpd-v21. Is it working then?
I think it works better, but I have to turn everything off and restart it, sometimes it doesn't work.
I guess updating the players will work better.
Where can I find old ISO, is it to try the first generation AppleTV?
I currently have the Volumio software installed on Apple TV, and I would like to try the Snake in that I think the sound is much superior, I have already tried versions 1.1.0 and 1.1.6 at 32bits and they do not work.
These are the features:

  • Processor: 1 GHz Intel “Crofton” Pentium M.
  • FPU: integrated. Bus Speed: 350 MHz. Register Width: 32-bit. Data Bus Width: 32-bit. Address Bus Width: 32-bit.
  • Onboard RAM: 256 MB of onboard DDR2 SDRAM.
  • Storage: 40 GB or 160 GB hard drive. 40 GB – holding up to 50 hours of TV shows and movies up to 25,000 Apple TV viewable photos from iTunes and up to 9,000 songs (4 minutes long each). 160 GB can hold up to 200 hours of video and up to 36,000 songs (4 minutes long each).
  • Video: Video Card: GeForce Go 7300 graphics processor with 64 MB GDDR3 SDRAM. H.264 1.5 Mbps video at 640×480. Supported resolution from 480 to 720 pixels.
  • Video Out: HDMI, Component.
  • Audio Encoding: 128-Kbps AAC. Optical audio.
  • Connectivity: HDMI, 10/100 Base-T Ethernet. One USB 2.0 port (for service and diagnostics). 802.11n wireless networking.

You can find the old ISOs in the archive area. Not entirely sure if the image will work with Apple OS or not (might need to do some UFI trickery to get it to load).

To be honest, probably best to just get a good mITX motherboard, that is the original goal of this project. The sound quality will be excellent from the get go, and you'll never look back.
I like the sound quality of Snakeoil so much that I would be willing to change DAC for one that would work 100%, since with TAGA I don't get it to work well, which you advise me and that is not very expensive, but that can be squeezed All the quality of this magnificent software.

My motherboard is ASUS P5G41T-M LX and and its sound is very good, but , but I will look for a motherboard like the one that tells me.
I have improved the board with 4GB Corsair, Patriot SSD 120GB and especially a PCi-Express 3.0 Hub (amazing !!!! even for Windows environment you need special drivers) that works great for the DAC !!!I have noticed much more quality, speed and clarity in the sound.
I have canceled all ports in the Bios: serial, parallel, IDE, Sound, graphics ...
Of course, the motherboard is in another room, to avoid fan noises

Let me know how it goes.. I've tested running mpd-18-dsd-rt and myMPD works fine, so not entirely sure what is wrong in your setup. Try it with a new board, or even a reinstall and let me know how it goes. Smile

Cheers.
