is there a way to lock the settings page???
to prevent anyone to alter or modify the working configuration

Think No. The whole system is open and the user has full access, so locking the settings doesn't make sense.

However, I guess it's possible to create an "extra layer" to stop changing some settings on the WebApp. Having said that, users can always go under the hood to change it. That's the nature of computers. No system can be truly "locked down".
