OMG, the time just blew by. Blush

Too caught up with stuffs from work and some other issues... Please check back in 2 or 3 days, hopefully I'd have something up by then, if not sooner. my apologies.. [Image: beg.gif]
Wee, not as busy as I thought this morning..  LOL

Have built an experimental Mac kernel in the mac kernel thread: Link

Can you try that kernel and see if it works?
I uploaded and now I am seeing this. Not sure it's right?    What to do next to tell Snakeoil to use it?

That means it's working.  Thumbs Up

Add the media "/dev/mmcblk0p1" and specify the mount point as say "sd", and click save.

And that should work. Don't think hot plug will work though, so when you replace the SD card, you probably have to do the mounting again.

Does the music have to be in any special structure on the SD card?  Can it be in the root?   The MPD Client will show an SD folder now, but no music within it from the player.

Something does not seem right.  I don't see the music from the SD card in the MPD player, and the music tab does not reflect any changes.  The only change I see is a new directory created my existing music directory with the name of the mount point.  In this case, the music library got added a blanc sd2 directory.

If you look at the row that says "File System", you'd see the SDCard is not mounted. This is likely the type is not ext4. Click on that Type drop down box and select the correct file system type. If there is a problem, you should see any errors after you click save.

When the mount is successful, you'd see the SDCard be mounted under /media/music/sd2.

Hope that make sense Big Grin. I'd see if I can make this easier on the next version of Snakeoil as I get it now why this can be confusing Huh .
That worked.  Media needed to be defined as VFAT, so VFAT = FAT32.
